1. What happens if I purchased a ticket and did not receive a confirmation email?
First, make sure to check your spam or junk mail. If your card has been charged we will be able to find your transaction on site.
2. I bought the wrong ticket and would like to swap from a 2 day to a 3day or from a 3 day to a 2 day.
There is no option to swap tickets. You must request a refund and then purchase the appropriate ticket package.
