The information collected on this form will be used to expedite your check in process. There are two important steps all players must accomplish prior to participating in the 2018 TFN’s Run 4 Roses. Players will not receive a player credential until both steps are completed.

2. Hotel Compliance – TFN’s Run 4 Roses is a stay to play event. We ask that each participant provides proof of stay to play compliance. This form will collect all information needed for Hotel Compliance. By accomplishing this pre-event hotel check-in, your time spent in line will be significantly reduced.
